NVR output display issue

NVR Common Faults and Operation Instructions
1. A red cross (red X) is displayed on the NVR channel
1. The channel resolution of the backend NVR shall be greater than or equal to the resolution of the front-end IPC.
2. On the local NVR side, go to Main Menu - Channel Management - Channel Mode, and switch to the high-resolution channel mode.
3. Access the front-end IPC and reduce its resolution to adapt to the backend NVR performance.
2. Letter P or N is displayed on the NVR channel interface
1. Ensure the video standards of the IPC and NVR are consistent when adding devices.
2. If connecting with our brand IPC, click the P/N prompt on the interface to directly switch the IPC video standard.
3. If connecting with third-party brand cameras, access the IPC independently to modify its video standard.
4. Alternatively, modify the NVR video standard via Main Menu - System Settings - General Settings - Standard.
3. NVR models supporting 32-channel simultaneous preview
1. Devices with the 3535 chip solution support 32-channel 960P preview via the corresponding channel mode.
2. Models supporting 32-channel simultaneous preview: NVR7024T-P, NVR7024D-P, NVR7024F-P, NVR7124K-P.
3. NVR6124K-PL adopts the 32*720P channel mode and only supports 16-channel simultaneous preview.
4. Method to switch multi-screen display modes (4-split, 9-split, 16-split) on NVR
The split screen options are available via the icon bar at the bottom of the NVR interface. No split screen options are available via right-click operation.
