Default IP Address of IPC Camera

Factory default IP of camera: 192.168.1.10

Note: When accessing the device for the first time, change the camera IP to match the same network segment as your local PC.

Default Username & Password of IPC Camera

Username: admin; Password: blank

Password Reset for IPC Camera

1. For Robot & Premium Box Camera series: Press and hold the RESET hole on the base for 15 seconds to restore factory defaults.
2. For other models: Contact Xiongmai Technical Support for assistance.

Image Resolution for FTP Snapshot

• Default FTP snapshot resolution: D1
• For HiSilicon 1.3MP IPC with firmware released after Dec 2014: FTP snapshot is changed to CIF.

Image Resolution for E-mail Snapshot

• Default E-mail snapshot resolution: D1
• For HiSilicon 1.3MP IPC with firmware released after Dec 2014: E-mail snapshot is changed to CIF.

Can HiSilicon-based Robot Cameras work with 3G and Wi-Fi simultaneously?

• Our shipped HiSilicon robot cameras support either Wi-Fi or 3G exclusively; USB port is sealed on Wi-Fi-enabled models.
• If customers need 3G function on Wi-Fi-equipped devices: Remove the onboard Wi-Fi module first, then add 3G via USB port.

Note: Built-in Wi-Fi module occupies the USB resource; external peripherals plugged into USB will disable Wi-Fi.

Does Robot Camera support GPS when 3G module (with GPS) is installed for remote access via 3G network?

• GPS function is not available for the time being.

3G module not detected after powering on the module-connected IPC module

• Power on the IPC first, then connect the 3G module for proper identification.
